Given the still latent COVID-19 situation, we have taken steps considering every aspect of your stay, so that you can enjoy a regenerating holiday away from all the worries and fears it may arouse.

Our strong point: plenty of space available in all external and internal areas. The size of our hotel allows, especially now, many possibilities to withdraw and distance themselves from other guests in all areas. It will be possible to use all the hotel services in absolute tranquility.

All our common areas are large to leave a lot of range and free space this year, in our restaurants even outdoors, you will be even more comfortable, we have gone beyond the minimum distance required by law. At any time you are free to enjoy the delights of the Italian and Thai gourmet menus and on request with the free room service. At the solarium you can enjoy the heated swimming pool, an incomparable lake view and the usual afternoon meeting of the AperiCocca.

You can trust us! We guarantee maximum hygiene and cleanliness as our first priority. This is the promise of quality that we give to our guests. For prevention we have introduced a whole series of measures. We have applied the anti-covid-19 directives developed throughout the hotel on the basis of the national protocol “Safe Reception” drawn up by Federalberghi with the supervision of Prof. Luigi Viale and in collaboration with the Italian Red Cross and the directives of the regional health authorities and national laws in force. Only in this way can you feel completely at ease.

Here are the measures:

  • Upon arrival

We have prepared the latest generation infrared thermometers for detecting fever on arrival or during the stay in case of need.

Reception: the safety distances as well as the correct cleaning and disinfection of the surfaces will always be guaranteed. Physical barriers or spacers are also available to ensure mutual protection between guests and staff. Alternatively, staff and guests will wear personal protective equipment (PPE).

Sanitization and disinfection: Procedures for frequent cleaning and disinfection will be implemented in all environments and premises, using surgical medical devices. Particular attention will be paid to the surfaces most frequently touched.

  • Room

The cleaning and disinfection of the room will be carried out with surgical medical devices with particular attention to surfaces and objects such as: floors, floors, switches, taps, remote controls, telephones, handles etc. In addition, an accurate sanitization of the environment will be carried out using special machinery. Linen, towels and towels will be cleaned and sanitized with certified washing procedures. Daily cleaning staff will use PPE to ensure maximum safety. Availability of dispensers in special totems for the delivery of disinfectant gel at the entrance of all common areas and elevators.

  • Swimming pools

Disinfection with specific products will be guaranteed daily. The sunbeds and umbrellas will be duly spaced according to the regulations in force (minimum 10 m2 per umbrella). The swimming pools will carry out several daily checks to check the water parameters and chlorine levels. Periodic chemical-microbiological laboratory analyzes will also be carried out.

  • Restaurants and bar

Adequate information is provided on prevention measures through specific infographics which will make the mode of service and behavior easily understandable for all guests. In accordance with the provisions of the legislation in question, assisted table service or buffet will be provided to prevent guests from being able to serve themselves, the maintenance of distances of at least one meter will also be ensured. Hand sanitizer gel dispensers will be available when entering and leaving the room.

The management may request access for shifts or reservations during the stay, in order to ensure correct and regulated attendance to the service. Outdoor and abundantly ventilated spaces will be preferred. Tables and seats will be arranged so that the correct distancing foreseen by the specific catering regulations is widely guaranteed.

The service staff in contact with guests will always use the mask and will provide frequent hand hygiene with hydroalcoholic solutions before each table service. Cash payments will be avoided and will be charged to the room. For the menus, consultation will be favored through your mobile device or through secure, non-returnable paper.

Guests will have to use masks every time they get up from their table. At the end of each service, cleaning and disinfection will be carried out with surgical medical devices.

  • Treatments to the person

When the type of treatment involves distances of less than one meter, the operator will be provided with reinforced PPE. To carry out the massages, the operator must carefully wash and disinfect the hands and forearms and take special precautions.

Between one treatment and the next, the rooms must be aerated and the surfaces and rooms must be cleaned and disinfected correctly with particular attention to those touched more frequently. Guests must use the mask during treatment and ensure proper hand hygiene before accessing and at the end of the treatment.

  • Spa

Adequate awareness and information posters on understandable prevention measures for various nationalities will be prepared for guests. There will be paths that will allow to keep the distance even in the transit areas. It will be necessary to access the center by appointment. Cleaning and disinfection will be performed through the use of surgical medical devices, with particular attention to the surfaces most affected.

In accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force on spas and wellness centers, an attendance register will be kept for the duration of 14 days, in strict compliance also with the provisions of the privacy authority.

Appropriate dispensers with hydroalcoholic solutions for hand hygiene will be placed in all access and exit points and in all sensitive points. The staff will always be provided with a mask in the presence of customers and in all cases it is not possible to keep the distance of at least one meter from colleagues.
