General information
Booking confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of either a down-payment of 30% of total amount due. The account settlement is required upon departure.
Methods of payment accepted: CASH, BANK TRANSFER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTER CARD, VISA, DEBIT CARD.
Cancellation Policy
In order to modify or to cancel a booking a fax or an e-mail is required.
We require a 3 day cancellation notice period from the due date of arrival otherwise a penalty fee will be applied equal to the equivalent for the1st night of accommodation.
Early departure
In the event of an early departure the total amount due of the accommodation will be charged.
Check-in / Check-out
Rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be made available within 11,00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Swimming pool and sensorial area
Open monday to friday from 3pm to 9pm and saturday and sunday from 10am to 9pm.
From tuesday to friday pool open from 10am.
In accordance to the hygiene rules it is forbidden to access the swimming pool area with room towels.
The access to the Humid/sensorial area is included in the room fare.
Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to the sensorial area and their access to the swimming pool area must be monitored by an adult.
Pets
Small size pets are accepted with exception of the communal areas, € 18,00 a day.
Smokers
All our rooms are non smokers.
Restaurant
Meals which are not consumed will not be deducted from the accommodation price.
Access to the restaurant area is only permitted with appropriate clothing. For the evening meal a dinner jacket is highly appreciated.
